Very bad application. I recently had incredibly disappointing experience with the Pay@KL app that I feel complelled to share, hoping it might save others. I used this stupid app to pay my summonses for 2 diffrent cars, each with a fee of RM15. But this app only acknowledged the payment for one car, while the other was marked as unpaid, despite the fact that the charges for both had been deducted from my bank account. now my summon escalated frm 15 to RM200 due to this flawed app.

1. No proper UAT done on phones before launching. Pls do research/learn fr others eg TNB apps etc to be more user friendly. 2. Can't see when we type as the page is blocked by keypad. 3. Can't register ac number(s) for future reference/retrieval. Need to type every time in order to check. 4. Extremely slow response time and page went blank when waiting. 5. Can't change DBKL billing info eg corresponds address etc. 6. Black wordings/amounts on red background is difficult to read.

After payment via FPX I'm not reverted back to the app with receipt of payment and no record was found of my payment in this app nor did I get any email. If another letter comes again with accumulated arrears I'm gonna be really angry. This is basic stuff any app with payment should have. I'd give 0 star if I could because it failed the most basic task of recording payments!
